Job Description
The mission of the Department of Immunology is to conduct exceptional and impactful research that uncovers new mechanisms and pathways of the immune system; to translate discoveries to improve human health by combating disease, enhancing vaccination, and controlling cancer and autoimmunity; to incorporate and develop cutting-edge technologies, including systems and computational approaches; and to train the next generation of immunologists in a collegial and dynamic research environment.
This position will provide Administrative Support for approximately 7 Faculty Members. This position requires an Associates Degree plus 5 years of Administrative Experience earned after the degree.
Supports senior level roles in a wide variety of complex administrative and office functions as well as specialized technical support for academic or administrative departments.
1. Process Purchase Orders in Panther Express.
2. Process Travel Reimbursements in Concur.
3. Manage Calendar for Faculty.
4. Other Administrative Duties as assigned.
