Responsible for managing stock: BBD & inbound transportation, incl. load building, transport capacity and inbound balancing for dedicated scope
Performs with supervision inventory management and ensures FIFO in terms of inventory controlling
Participates in process of transfers between Distribution Centers
Acts as a contact person of HAVI Supply Chain to suppliers (e.g. exchanges planning figures/forecasts)
Manages purchase orders for dedicated scope
Accountable for processing inbound claims with suppliers
Ensures that the quality of services meets internal and external customer requirements
Liaises with country Promotions team for supply of promotional articles (adjust load building according to promotions needs)
