About the People Operations Department
The People Operations Department provides support and customer service to ReDiscover employees. The People Operations Department is responsible for HRIS data integrity, benefits administration, talent acquisition, training, and plays an active role in ReDiscover’s strategic business plan and ensures compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure accurate HRIS data management for all benefits activities, including enrollments, life events, and ongoing eligibility updates.
- Administer employee benefits and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with plan guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits questions, providing timely and helpful customer support.
- Partner with carriers to resolve benefits issues and support smooth plan administration.
- Support compliance reporting and administration, including ACA, EEO-1, Form 5500, 403(b), FSA, and related processes.
- Process benefits-related invoices, deductions, and adjustments in coordination with Payroll and Finance.
- Evaluate benefits programs and provide input on opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with People Operations on onboarding, orientation, and employee experience initiatives.
- Promote understanding of ReDiscover’s benefits offerings and support a positive employee experience.
Requirements of the Position
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a closely related field.
- At least three (3) years of human resources and benefits administration experience.
- General benefit knowledge for efficient administration of company 403(b) plans, medical plans, dental, life insurance, paid time off, and other various company benefits required.
- A valid automobile driver’s license, appropriate automobile insurance, and a safe, reliable, registered automobile available for use during work.
- Customer service focused.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as the use of email.
