Job Description Summary

Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labor as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is moderate autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and develop the combined capital parts forecast from product line teams, ensuring the parts forecast plan supports the sales, outage forecast, and inventory plan
  • Requires specialized knowledge within the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
  • Interprets complex internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Fulfillment Operations experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years Supply Chain Fulfillment, Planning, Operations or Forecasting experience

The base pay range for this position is $116,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on May 27 , 2026
