What you will do
- Automate performance monitoring, reporting, and executive dashboards using BI and analytics tools.
- Design and deliver dynamic reports and dashboards to support Fixed Access Engineering and Network Performance teams.
- Analyse traffic forecasts, trends, and patterns to identify congestion risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Own and maintain in‑home performance reporting, with a strong focus on CPE, Wi‑Fi, and customer experience KPIs.
- Support capacity management activities to ensure optimal performance across Fixed Access technologies (HFC, FTTH, XDSL, Wholesale).
- Implement and maintain KPIs requested by engineering teams, including deep‑dive analyses and taskforce support.
- Collaborate with DOSS and other internal teams to integrate data sources and improve service quality.
- Contribute to the virtualisation, hardening, and continuous improvement of monitoring and reporting platforms.
