Over 2 years, you’ll complete two strategic missions giving you hands‑on responsibility in different teams, countries, and environments. You’ll take part in two annual bootcamps with your global cohort, focused on intensive training, workshops, development of business acumen and coaching. Graduates also benefit from mentoring, personalized development plans, and direct exposure to executive leadership, including opportunities to present to our Executive Committee. To support these changes, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator whose role will be to support our teams through organizational changes, process evolution, and the implementation of new Planning tools. This Graduate Program is structured around two international assignments: Year 1: Supply Chain Coordinator in Düsseldorf Year 2: Supply Chain Planner in Budapest You support teams in data management activities in preparation for the deployment of new processes. After being trained on our Maestro tool yourself, you contribute to training local Supply Chain teams within your scope. You deploy new Supply Chain processes and ensure their proper understanding and adoption by local Supply Chain teams. You provide first-level support to local end users and escalate more complex issues to the central team. You contribute to the creation and facilitation of a community of local Key Users. You participate in the analysis of sales forecasts within your scope.
