Be able to plan strategically for the Quality department but also pivot tactically to changing business needs, metrics, and goals.
Plan and accomplish department and company goals for Quality as set by the Site Director.
Continuously review quality assurance of Corbion’s products to avoid high dollar impact to the business by potential product recall
Guide internal and external quality audit processes for success to maintain Corbion’s and customers’ standards of our products
