MAS Trainee-Manufacturing Services & Planning

At JTI Liggett, we’re looking for early-career talent to join our MAS Trainee Program. This role provides hands-on exposure to how materials planning, production planning, and shopfloor operations connect in a highly automated, innovative factory environment.

Level: Entry-level / Early Career

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Support material availability planning for manufacturing operations
• Review production plans and forecasts to help define material requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock target optimisation
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution
• Support supplier coordination and track deliveries to help prevent production disruptions
• Contribute to lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Use data and digital tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI) to support planning decisions

Requirements

Education

• Graduated or about to graduate in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field

Skills & Knowledge

• Confident using Excel and data-driven tools (SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus)
• Comfortable working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn; comfortable asking questions
• Comfortable working in an international environment
