This role is a senior scientific and strategic leadership position focused on generating high-quality real-world evidence to support the value, safety, and effectiveness of innovative therapies. You will lead the design and execution of studies using administrative claims, electronic medical records, and other real-world data sources to inform regulatory, medical, and commercial decision-making. The position requires strong collaboration across epidemiology, medical affairs, health economics, and clinical development teams to ensure evidence generation is aligned with global product strategies. You will also play a key role in shaping RWE methodologies and advancing analytical capabilities across the organization. Operating in a highly cross-functional and research-driven environment, you will oversee both internal and external analytics teams to ensure rigorous, timely, and scientifically robust outputs.
