You will act as a Workday subject matter expert, responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing the Benefits and Absence modules to ensure a seamless employee experience. Working in a highly collaborative and technology-driven environment, you will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of employee benefits processes. This is a hands-on technical-functional role that combines configuration expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also contribute to system improvements, automation initiatives, and ongoing platform evolution within a fast-paced, global organization.
