Together, let's push the boundaries of technology and advance sustainable networks worldwide.     How You'll Help Us Connect the World: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Network Architect with specialized skills in Cisco networking, RUCKUS networking and wireless solutions, and SD-WAN technologies, particularly Versa Networks, to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in modernizing our network landscape with a focus on agility, security, wireless mobility, and cloud readiness. This role will be based out of Goa or Hyderabad.     You will Make an Impact by: Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise network architectures across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center environments.  Leading the deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of:  Cisco routing, switching, and data center technologies  RUCKUS wireless and switching platforms (Ruckus One, SmartZone, Cloudpath, ICX)  Versa Networks SD-WAN solutions  Architecting and supporting hybrid network environments integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.  Developing and enforcing network standards, security policies, segmentation strategies, and zero-trust networking principles.  Collaborating closely with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and application teams to align network solutions with business objectives.  Creating and maintaining technical documentation, low-level / high-level designs, implementation guides, and network diagrams.  Evaluating emerging technologies and providing strategic recommendations to improve network performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.  Supporting network modernization initiatives, including wireless refreshes, SD-WAN migrations, cloud connectivity, and data center transformations.  Providing tier 3 escalation support and mentoring junior engineers and operations teams. Participating in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and enterprise network roadmap development.      Required Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a senior engineering, architecture, or technical leadership role.  Hands-on experience with:  Cisco enterprise networking technologies (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASA/Firepower, Meraki preferred)  RUCKUS wireless and switching platforms including Ruckus One, SmartZone, Cloudpath, ZoneDirector, and ICX switches  Versa Networks SD-WAN deployment, orchestration, policy management, and troubleshooting  Strong understanding of enterprise routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, HSRP/VRRP, and VPN technologies.  Advanced knowledge of wireless networking standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF fundamentals, WLAN security, and wireless design best practices.  Experience designing highly available and segmented enterprise networks with strong security controls.  Solid understanding of QoS, network monitoring, traffic analysis, and performance optimization.     You Will Excite Us If You: Have the certifications below: Cisco Certified Network Professional or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert. Ruckus Certified Professional or Ruckus Certified Networking Associate. Versa Networks SD-WAN certification or have equivalent hands-on deployment experience. Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer or Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator. CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification Have experience with enterprise monitoring and analytics platforms such as:  SolarWinds / Zabbix Wireshark RUCKUS Analytics  NetFlow tools Are familiar with infrastructure automation and scripting tools such as Python, Ansible, or REST APIs.  Have experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments, manufacturing facilities, logistics operations, or distributed campus networks.  Have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Demonstrate proven ability to lead projects, influence technical direction, and drive operational improvements.     Why ANDREW?
