How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
As a highly experienced Network Analyst, you will Develop, plan, implement, document, and administer network technologies supporting global data, voice, and video services and solutions to company users and authorized third parties. This role will also be responsible for tracking, detailing, and remediating network infrastructure-related issues assigned through the Incident and Change Management processes. This role will be based out of Goa or Hyderabad.
You will Make an Impact by:
Managing project initiatives, creating project and implementation plans, communicating and coordinating with internal and external project resources as needed.
Managing implementation of networking solutions as assigned.
Working with IT and business stakeholders to understand needs and implement solutions based on defined requirements.
Using defined processes to manage all change management activities associated with the network infrastructure including communications, approvals, procedural documentation, and production acceptance.
Assisting with root cause analysis, troubleshooting and remediation of network events as assigned and conducting all necessary follow-up actions based on assignments.
Coordinating resolution efforts and preparing reports of findings.
Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of WAN/LAN networking basics, protocols, and best practices (i.e. DNS, Routing, NAT, web traffic, and email traffic).
Leading major network project initiatives relating to new site activations, site moves and wireless rollouts
Supporting ongoing implementation of SDWAN technology: hands-on experience with Versa Networks preferred
Developing Network Automation tools through advanced scripting: Python, YAML, JSON, etc.
Creating network documentation and network standards documents.
Recommending changes to policies, procedures, and standards and ensuring conformance with IT and Company objectives.
Participating and assisting in driving the knowledge management process.
Assisting in the recommendation and acquisition of new solutions and equipment.
Assisting in developing and enhancing cooperative interdepartmental and business relationships and communications.
Assisting with establishing budgetary requirements for equipment and services
Taking personal responsibility for making meeting commitments and ensuring expected results are achieved.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in supporting implementation and support of LAN/WAN.
Working knowledge of Cisco & Ruckus wireless solutions.
Ruckus switching/wireless experience.
Experience with F5 load balancing solutions.
Working knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, GRE, HSRP/VRRP, SNMP, MPLS, QoS, DNS, etc.)
Experience with packet capture, e.g., Wireshark, and log analysis products
Excellent technical documentation skills

Have experience with current networking best practices in IT standards and principles.
Have Network certification (CCNA / CCNP)
