Together, let's push the boundaries of technology and advance sustainable networks worldwide.   How You'll Help Us Connect the World: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft O365 Engineer with deep expertise in Exchange Online and Active Directory to support and optimize our messaging, identity, and directory services. This role plays a key part in ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing collaboration services across the organization. This role will be based out of Goa or Hyderabad.   You will Make an Impact by: Administering, supporting, and troubleshooting Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange environments, and on-premises Exchange Server as needed. Managing Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, group policies, trusts, and replication. Implementing and maintaining mail flow, transport rules, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and M365 security settings. Managing Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, anti-spam/anti-phishing policies, and email encryption. Maintaining and supporting hybrid identity environments including AAD Connect, password hash synchronization, and single sign-on (SSO). Supporting migrations between on-prem Exchange and Exchange Online (cutover, staged, hybrid). Automating routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts. Monitoring system performance, availability, and capacity for Exchange and AD environments. Collaborating with security and compliance teams to implement M365 security, retention, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies. Documenting systems configurations, procedures, and change management tasks   Required Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science or related field. 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure administration, with a strong focus on Exchange and Active Directory. In-depth experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and on-prem Exchange management. Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain services. Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for administration and automation. Experience with AAD Connect, SSO, and hybrid identity management.   You Will Excite Us If You: Are familiar with Intune, Microsoft Purview Compliance, or Conditional Access policies. Have experience with Exchange migrations (e.g., from G Suite or legacy Exchange). Understand email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Have knowledge of hybrid M365 environments and cross-premise troubleshooting. Have excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.   Why ANDREW?
