About Brucejack

Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga’a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.

You’ll stay in private rooms with individual washrooms, enjoy balanced meals prepared by our exceptional culinary team, and have access to a 24-hour snack and sandwich bar. Your Impact

You play a critical role in keeping underground operations moving. By safely delivering fuel, lubricants, and essential fluids to mobile equipment, you directly enable productivity, minimize downtime, and ensure operational reliability. Your work supports the performance of the entire mine keeping people, equipment, and production running safely and efficiently. 

As part of our team, you will
  • Safely fuel and service underground mobile equipment based on production priorities
  • Perform lubrication, fluid top-ups, basic servicing, and routine inspections
  • Monitor and track fuel, oil, and coolant usage, reporting any anomalies
  • Operate a fuel and lube truck in a dynamic underground mining environment
  • Maintain clean, contamination-controlled work areas and equipment
  • Identify hazards and actively contribute to a strong safety culture
  • Support continuous improvement of maintenance plans and safe work procedures
  • Collaborate with mechanics, operations, and supply chain teams to keep equipment running
Prerequisites for your success in this role
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, lubrication systems, and fluid management
  • Familiarity with fueling systems, pumps, and transfer equipment
  • Understanding of contamination control and underground mining practices
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically capable of working underground, including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts at a remote site
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, fitness, and substance testing
Your Work Environment

• Remote, camp-based setting at Brucejack Mine
• 13 days on / 13 days off rotation (inclusive of travel days)
• Rotating day and night shifts, including weekends
• Underground mining environment requiring full PPE
• Hands-on, safety-first culture in a fast-paced production setting

• Competitive hourly wage $48.73 per hour
• 13 days paid vacation annually

The expected salary range for this role is CA$ . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
