Technology Teacher - Assumption Academy K-8

Assumption Academy in Broadview Heights is seeking a dedicated and innovative K�8 Technology Teacher for the upcoming school year. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about integrating technology into learning and helping students develop essential digital literacy, problem-solving, and STEM skills in a faith-filled environment. Full time position with benefits through Diocese of Cleveland.

Responsibilities:

• Teach technology classes for students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade
• Implement engaging lessons focused on digital literacy, computer skills, coding, keyboarding, and age-appropriate technology applications
• Support the integration of Project Lead The Way (PLTW) curriculum and STREAM initiatives
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to enhance instruction through technology
• Maintain and organize technology resources and equipment
• Foster a positive classroom environment rooted in Catholic values and academic excellence
• IT support within the school building

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching license preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to Catholic education and the mission of Assumption Academy
• Must be VIRTUS trained or willing to complete certification
• Knowledge of Apple technology
