The McDonald’s Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) Team is an internally managed contingent workforce program responsible for the compliance of our related policies as well as our end-to-end vendor management system. As a GWS Supervisor - Technology, you will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with our Vendor Management System (VMS) provider to maximize the value of the application for our program, clients, and vendors. The ability to translate technical and business requirements is critical in this role as well as maintaining a strong partnership with our VMS provider. The pace can be fast, and this role requires someone who is driven, sweats the details and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Duties
Provides Vendor Management System (VMS) (e.g. SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, etc) & integration support to ensure accurate data and file movement related to all workflows (invoicing, employee & financial data, and contractor ID management).
Manage all VMS administration activities for the GWS team including client accessible workflow or data changes, role assignments, import activities, notification modifications, etc.
Oversee the day-to-day relationship with our VMS provider to advance open items or review upcoming releases.
Accountable for the execution of our VMS enhancement process and other key VMS initiatives to improve efficiency or value of existing modules. Responsible for leveraging VMS’ Jira process to issue/enhancement tracking.
Executes the New Vendor Setup process for Beeline and partner with AP to ensure efficient vendor/EFT setup.
Serve as our internal VMS subject matter expert with an advanced understanding of its current functionality and potential areas of improvement.
Develops test scripts and conducts user acceptance testing for Beeline break/fixes or enhancements.
Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience with VMS platforms (e.g. SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, etc) or similar HR platforms. Focus on configuration, support and improvements.
Strong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to analyze system issues, manage change requests, and coordinate fixes with VMS provider or internal stakeholders.
Experience with system integrations and workflows specific to HRIS, procurement, and identity management systems.
Understanding of contingent workforce lifecycle and business processes. Experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) helpful.
Experience with user acceptance testing and how to manage/prioritize multiple enhancement requests at varied stages of completion.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to translate technical issues for non-technical users.
Ability to create and foster strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
Able to operate successfully in a team environment and work through priorities with a positive, flexible attitude
Technical Qualifications
Acts as the VMS subject matter expert, managing enhancements, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize system performance and program efficiency.

Prior experience of VMS implementation is preferred (preferably Fieldglass).
