This role is a key driver of post-sale success within a wealth management environment, focused on transforming new client interest into fully funded, active investment relationships. You will support Regional Sales Managers and Private Bankers by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience from application to account activation. Acting as a critical bridge between sales, operations, and clients, you will manage documentation accuracy, coordinate onboarding workflows, and remove friction points that could delay conversion. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously in a fast-paced financial services setting. You will play a direct role in improving client experience, strengthening advisor relationships, and increasing overall sales effectiveness.
