About this Position As a Senior Media Strategy Retail Media Analyst, you will support the Regional High Growth Media Team on driving Retail Media and media strategy initiatives across markets. our work will focus on translating media, commerce, and audience data into actionable recommendations, strengthening Retail Media effectiveness, and supporting data-driven investment and activation decisions across brands, retailers, and digital channels. What you´ll do Support Retail Media acceleration across all markets. Analyze Retail Media and campaign performance data to identify learnings, optimization opportunities, and actionable insights. Create reports and budget analyses to support retail media effectiveness and investment discussions. Collaborate with local markets, media agencies, eCommerce, and analytics teams on reporting and best practice sharing. Support the rollout and implementation of Retail Media guidelines, frameworks, and activation approaches across brands and markets. Monitor Retail Media trends, retailer capabilities, and platform developments to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Support audience segmentation and activation initiatives in collaboration with media, and marketing teams. Support test-and-learn and experimentation initiatives across campaigns to identify optimization opportunities and scalable learnings.
