This role is a key client-facing position at the intersection of claims management, insurance operations, and strategic account leadership. You will oversee complex claims programs across auto liability, general liability, and workers’ compensation, ensuring high-quality service delivery through Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal claims teams, you will translate claims data into actionable insights that improve outcomes and reduce risk exposure. The role involves leading stewardship meetings, presenting performance trends, and guiding clients through claims lifecycle performance. You will also support onboarding, renewals, and ongoing program optimization to ensure operational excellence.
