You will help redefine how Customer Success and Customer Support operate by building data-driven systems and AI-powered tools that directly influence retention and revenue growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape customer lifecycle strategy and identify high-impact opportunities across the organization. Rather than focusing only on reporting or insights, you will design and ship production-ready data products and automated workflows. The environment is fast-moving, experimental, and highly cross-functional, with strong emphasis on ownership and execution.
