In this role, you’ll work alongside passionate colleagues and external partners to deliver initiatives that drive community and business outcomes, while growing your experience across partnerships, programs, and stakeholder engagement.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Tarndanya (Adelaide).

What You'll Do

• Build and manage strategic community partnerships, maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement and face to face collaboration

• Design and deliver community impact initiatives aligned to organisational and program objectives, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget

• Ensure community impact initiatives are embedded within the organisation and contributing to differentiated customer experiences, and building local brand presence

• Represent the organisation across external stakeholder environments, supporting brand reputation and community engagement outcomes

• Collaborate with internal teams to support delivery of marketing and communications, employee engagement and program delivery

• Track and evaluate program outcomes, ensuring insights are shared and continuous improvement is embedded

What You'll Bring

• Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and align diverse stakeholders around common goals to successfully drive shared outcomes

• Passion in driving social impact, preferably with experience in climate and disaster resilience

• Proven experience managing strategic partnerships, ideally in community, sustainability or shared value environments

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences clearly and effectively

• Experience developing and delivering programs or initiatives with strong planning delivery and evaluation capability

• A proactive and collaborative mindset and flexibility to adapt as priorities evolve
