Join our IIA Pricing Team as a Testing Analyst, where you’ll be part of a major transformation project that is modernising our systems and infrastructure. You’ll support pricing initiatives by implementing pricing testing systems and strategies, validating inputs and outputs, and ensuring pricing algorithms and systems meet internal governance and regulatory standards. Your work will help maintain data integrity, support pricing managers, and contribute to strategic pricing innovations across commercial insurance products.
We’re offering a 12-month Fixed Term opportunity located in Sydney (Gadigal Country) or Melbourne (Naarm).
What You'll Do
• Data testing, implementation testing, End to End testing and support
• Debugging
• Check integrity of premium rates to ensure what we deliver to our customers is accurate
• Provide guidance to other Analysts and collaborate with the wider team
What You'll Bring
- Strong Excel skills, including tracing and debugging formulas
- Premium testing or data testing experience
- Basic programming SQL
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Tertiary qualifications in Mathematics, Computer Science, Commerce, or relevant work experience
- The ability to interpret complex data and communicate clearly with stakeholders
