What You'll Do

• Attend customer properties to assess damage, quantify repairs, and authorise settlements.
• Negotiate and manage repair scopes, variations, and total loss settlements with suppliers and customers.

• Monitor repairs through to completion, resolving delays and ensuring quality outcomes.
• Drive cost-effective solutions with suppliers to meet agreed targets for claims costs.
• Collaborate with claims teams and partners to resolve complex issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a construction trade or loss adjusting.
• Strong understanding of claims management processes and repair methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

• Work from home and many more flexibility options with myFlex.
• Up to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor insurance.
• Partner discounts on private health insurance, tech & appliances, and many more.
• Industry-leading 20 weeks paid parental leave.
• Access to LinkedIn Learning, the award-winning IAG Academy, study assistance and secondment opportunities.
