Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.SummaryThe Associate Manager, Brand & Sales Enablement plays a critical role in scaling how the brand shows up across the sales experience. This role owns the development and execution of sales enablement materials nationally, ensuring tools are effective, consistent, and aligned to brand standards.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand, this individual will also support brand governance across the organization – reviewing materials, guiding teams, and improving how brand standards are applied in practice.This is an ideal role for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer with strong design capability and a passion for turning brand strategy into tangible, high-impact tools.Responsibilities
Sales Enablement
Own the development, management, and ongoing optimization of a national sales enablement toolkit, including product guides, customer leave-behinds, and resources that support effective sales conversations.
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Regional Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure materials are accurate, customer-centric, compliant, and aligned to business priorities.
Establish and manage a centralized intake and prioritization process for sales requests.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of materials and continuously improve materials based on field feedback and performance insights.
Design and adapt high-quality print and digital sales materials using tools such as Adobe InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
Coordinate with creative partners, print vendors, and production suppliers to deliver specialized projects within established timelines, budgets, and production requirements.
Brand Governance & Compliance
Review materials developed by cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand standards, visual identity, tone, and messaging guidance.
Maintains an inventory of all brand collateral, including letterhead, banners, tradeshow toolkits, presentations, email, social and digital assets, and coordinate updates in line with Brand Guidelines.
Identify recurring brand compliance gaps and recommend updates to guidelines, brand toolkits, or processes.
Support broader brand governance initiatives that strengthen consistency, improve stakeholder understanding, and create greater efficiency across the organization.
Campaign Support
Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Brand and agency partners to assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing and sponsorship campaigns and events.
Assist in monitoring campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, sales enablement, creative production, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience developing customer-facing, sales-support, or marketing materials for print and/or digital channels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder requirements simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail, with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy, brand consistency, and quality control.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design and creative production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
Experience supporting distributed sales teams, field teams, regional operations, or multi-location business environments.
Experience working with brand guidelines and governance processes.
