As a Repair Technician, you will be mainly responsible for failure analysis and repair of switching power supplies and BMP modules, equipment and tool maintenance, quality assurance, etc.
This position reports directly to the Test Supervisor of the Engineering Department, and the work location is Fengxian, Shanghai.

- Be responsible for daily repair of switching power supply and BMP module, including failure analysis, disassembly, component replacement, testing and assembly, ensuring repaired products meet performance and quality standards.
- Operate in strict accordance with repair procedures, complete repair records (fault phenomenon, repair steps, replaced components, repair results, etc.) and establish complete repair ledger for full traceability.
- Summarize and analyze common problems and difficult failure during repair, put forward optimization suggestions, and assist engineers in improving product reliability or repair processes.
- Manage the requisition and storage of repair components, ensure standardized storage and rational use.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work station, comply with safety operation regulations, and perform daily maintenance of equipment and tools.
- Cooperate with production, QA and other departments to handle after-sales repair issues and provide technical support.
- Complete other repair-related tasks assigned by leaders.
- Technical secondary school or above, major in Electronic Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, etc. is preferred.
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in switching power supplies and BMP modules, familiar with circuit principles and topologies of power supply products. Capable of independently interpreting circuit schematics
- Proficient in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons and other repair tools; able to identify and test resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs and other components.
- Familiar with power supply testing processes: programming, ICT, hi-pot, burn-in, functional test, etc.
- Earnest, responsible, careful and precise, with strong execution ability.
- Good hands-on ability and learning ability, able to adapt to new products and technologies quickly.
- Good communication and teamwork spirit.
- Abide by company rules and accept reasonable overtime for urgent tasks.
- Knowledge of PMBus, CAN, Modbus communication protocols is preferred.
- Experience in Labwindows CVI, C language or Python is preferred.
- Able to accept shift work.
