You will lead cross-functional execution efforts that connect operations, IT, engineering, and customer teams to deliver seamless go-live experiences. Acting as both a project leader and operational advisor, you will define processes, systems requirements, and KPIs that shape how new business is integrated into the network. The role demands strong coordination skills, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in high-pressure environments. You will also serve as a key client-facing partner, ensuring alignment between contractual expectations and real-world execution.
