Job Description
What you´ll do Lead, coach, manage motivate Sales Area Managers and sales engineers to meet and exceed sales and profit objectives for ACM Greater China South TSE team driving Loctite Reloaded strategy execution in the territories: - Leading the team to drive territory mapping management process in line with ACM market application focus. - Driving execution on customer / channel partner level to deliver business target. - Developing channel transformation and partnership to enhance Loctite presence locally. - Upskilling and motivating team to the next level with expanded competence both in technical commercial area. Develop future market opportunities and manage product portfolio to achieve profitable sales growth via sharpened positioning vs. competitors. Improve operational quality including inventory management, forecast accuracy A/R and OD. People development focus –Plan, implement and monitor (SBU) team members'personal development. On-going focus on succession planning - develop managers for potential positions. Shape ACM Greater China overall strategy and culture be a role model as ACM Greater China Leadership team member.
