You will lead cross-functional programs that span multiple People pillars, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and adoption. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to bring order to complex and ambiguous challenges. You will act as a key connector across HR, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and leadership teams, ensuring initiatives are delivered with rigor and transparency. The role combines strategic project leadership with hands-on execution, from defining problems to delivering final recommendations. You will also play a critical role in strengthening governance, process discipline, and continuous improvement across the People organization.
