You will lead cross-functional programs that span multiple People pillars, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and adoption. You will act as a key connector across HR, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and leadership teams, ensuring initiatives are delivered with rigor and transparency. You will also play a critical role in strengthening governance, process discipline, and continuous improvement across the People organization.
