Our partner is looking for an Equipment Sales Support based in Canada.

This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless equipment sales experience by managing the full order lifecycle from quotation through to invoicing. You will act as a central coordination point between sales representatives, customers, and manufacturers, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and high-quality service at every step. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. You will support sales growth by ensuring smooth processing of equipment orders, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and helping resolve customer issues efficiently. Acting as a trusted support partner to the sales team, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
