This role is a customer-facing, hands-on services position focused on delivering high-impact assessment implementation and advisory support within K–12 education environments. You will work directly with district and school stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding, configuration, and adoption of assessment solutions that support instructional decision-making. The role blends technical execution with educational consulting, helping educators interpret assessment data and translate insights into meaningful classroom action. You will also manage ongoing customer relationships across assigned accounts, ensuring strong engagement, smooth delivery, and measurable outcomes. Operating in a fast-paced EdTech environment, this role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
