This role is a key part of a fast-paced Finance organization, responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across the US and Canada. You will manage full-cycle payroll processes while serving as a trusted point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders on all payroll-related matters. The position goes beyond processing, involving deep ownership of equity compensation payroll, month-end close activities, and system optimization within Workday. You will collaborate closely with HR, Legal, Stock Administration, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll execution and strong internal controls. The environment is dynamic and detail-driven, requiring both precision and continuous improvement mindset.
