This role sits at the heart of payment operations, ensuring the stability, accuracy, and efficiency of a high-volume healthcare payments ecosystem. You will act as the operational backbone for payment workflows, resolving escalations, supporting complex payment issues, and ensuring seamless coordination across Customer Success, Support, Implementation, and Product teams. The position blends hands-on problem-solving with structured operational ownership, covering everything from merchant rate reviews to system updates and exception handling. You will play a critical role in maintaining day-to-day continuity while also identifying recurring issues that drive long-term improvements. Working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, you will translate operational complexity into clear actions that keep payment systems running smoothly.
