Ansell is looking for a Regional Planner – EMEA EXAM & LSCI to join our team in Cracow, Poland or UK, Remote.

General Summary of the Role

The Regional Planner plays a critical role within the EMEA Industrial & SCI Commercial Operations team, with responsibility for Regional Planning of the EXAM / Single‑Use portfolio across EMEA. The role oversees the creation and management of an integrated, rolling 18‑month planning horizon, including unconstrained demand forecasts, constrained revenue recognition plans and resulting inventory plans.

 

As a key contributor to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, the Regional Planner ensures regional demand is translated into aligned global plans, supporting KPI performance across service, forecast accuracy, inventory and excess & obsolete stock. The role acts as a customer‑centric ambassador for Global Supply Chain in the region, continuously improving customer experience and product availability.

 

What your role will be?

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the regional demand planning process, ensuring excellence in forecasting, demand reviews and alignment with Sales and Marketing
  • Drive demand sign‑off, NPD and opportunity reviews, and provide demand input into annual sales and budgeting processes
  • Actively contribute to Integrated Business Planning, translating regional demand into global roll‑ups and tracking changes versus plan
  • Optimize inventory levels across the region, balancing service, cost and working capital while preventing excess and obsolescence
  • Manage regional allocations during periods of constraint and act as the main point of contact for the Regional Control Tower (RCT)
  • Proactively communicate shortages, availability risks and recovery plans across cross‑functional teams using relevant performance metrics
  • Participate in product lifecycle activities, including phase‑in / phase‑out and portfolio rationalization
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, Procurement, Finance and Master Data
  • Act as a change agent, driving continuous improvement and supporting overall customer experience excellence

 

What will you bring to Ansell?

 

Experience & Background

  • 5–8 years of supply chain experience within a dynamic FMCG, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical environment
  • End‑to‑end planning experience beyond Demand / S&OP / Inventory Planning, ideally in regional or global scope
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization
  • Exposure to business and strategic planning processes

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong planning and analytical skills with a solid understanding of supply chain and commercial dynamics
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Strong systems literacy, including ERP systems, Excel, PowerPoint and forecasting tools
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and position Supply Chain as a valued business partner
