Essential Responsibilities for the role:
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): -
- Learn and adapt to the product engineering design and technologies that your are being asked/ exposed to.
- Work with CATIA V5 to create, modify, or automate engineering models, drawings and processes.
- Prepare MS Office documents, like word documents, Excel spreadsheets, release notes, customer documentation, etc.
- Learn about the manufacturing process of the technology that you are being exposed to and develop creative / optimized solutions of design,
- Biweekly submission of the progress reports to the mentors and highlight learnings and work forecast.
- Identify opportunities of continuous improvement in your day to day activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to understand requirements, gather customer pain points, and identify automation opportunities.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with MS Office 365 application suite.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
Understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering workflows.
Interest in digital transformation, automation, or engineering software.
