Key Accountabilities:
1. Document process for Import and Export (Invoice, packing list, Kor Sor Kor, prepare spec document and material data sheet for raw material and chemical part). Have to use MSDS to cross check with DIW whether the raw materials are hazardous or non-hazardous.
2. Coordinate with forwarder and customs for shipping document process.
3. Daily control for the Import and Export shipment schedule. (Including Return and Shipment)
4. Document submit control with supplier evaluation and measurement report (Timely shipment, timely document support, correctness of the contents and delivery performance).
5. Summarize weekly and monthly report for import and export transactions for customs audit (Raw material, equipment, spare part and etc…). Submit Customs report to Free Zone every 6 months.
6. Coordinate for the shipment claim with insurance company or freight forwarders.
7. Process transfer shipment and RE-EXPORT coordinate.
8. Coordinate with production planning, planning, procurement, Sales and warehouse for shipment preparing.
9. Ensure document control for auditing compliance of factory regulation / FZ Customs’ regulations or any audit from external as well as internal auditors.
10. Secure knowledge for ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 or any NEW ISO that implemented by company and have to prepare / control all ISO docs for external audit strictly without fail.
11. Ready to be BUDDY SYSTEM in case that any colleagues take annual leave or sick leave etc.
12. Coordinate for any new assignments to supervisor level to achieve company objectives.
13. Prepare monthly KPI’s report to supervisor level and submit as per indicated schedules without fail.
14. Cooperate to work OT on Sat / Sun to achieve department’s target as per supervisor’s instruction for urgent cases.
15. Monitor and control NPD Parts (from raw materials to FG level) including scrap process to comply with customs rules and regulations
16. Training class to update & enhance all concerned people for customs rules and regulations.
17. Control and monitor for the parts outside DTL’s warehouse and checking all outside warehouse expense.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Education Qualification:
- BA in related field under logistics.
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Good knowledge of logistic and warehouse activities.
- Know the work-flow for inbound & outbound shipments from receiving until selling FG to customers.
- Known for customs regulations in FREE ZONE and how to clear all scrap process with customs.
- Have knowledge for Incoterm, and responsibilities between Buyer and Seller of Goods.
- Keep update rules and regulations for Customs /DIW /DOA /ATOM and other related dept. under Free Zone /IEAT/ Bonded warehouse and BOI.
Leadership Competence:
- Have logics thinking and learn how to deal with customs correctly.
- Have good relationship with colleagues and internal and external users.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience 4-5 years for Import / Free Zone /IEAT /Bonded warehouse and BOI or related field.
- Have knowledge in oracle is advantage.
Others:
- Good command in spoken and written.
- Good communication & attitude.
- Have knowledge of computer program such as Microsoft Office, Power point etc
