Náplň práce
- Tvorba a aktualizace kalkulací nákladů (materiál, práce, režie) pro nové i stávající produkty
- Analýza nákladových struktur a identifikace příležitostí ke snížení nákladů
- Spolupráce s oddělením výroby, nákupu, kvality a vývoje při stanovení a optimalizaci nákladů
- Podpora přípravy cenových nabídek a podkladů pro obchodní oddělení
- Vyhodnocování výrobních dat a jejich využití pro přesnější kalkulace
- Participace na zavádění nových produktů (NPI) z pohledu nákladů
- Správa a aktualizace dat v interních systémech (ERP, costing nástroje)
- Tvorba reportů a prezentace výsledků managementu
Požadavky
- SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického nebo ekonomického směru
- Minimálně 2 roky zkušeností na obdobné pozici (costing, engineering, výroba)
- Znalost principů kalkulace nákladů a výrobních procesů
- Pokročilá znalost MS Excel (kontingenční tabulky, analýzy)
- Znalost ERP systémů výhodou
- Schopnost práce s technickou dokumentací
- Analytické myšlení a důraz na detail
- Komunikační dovednosti a schopnost týmové spolupráce
- Angličtina na komunikativní úrovni
