Fitness Specialist / Personal Trainer – Full-TimePay: $26.00/hourClassification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)
Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, committed to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional hospitality, wellness, and care. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fitness Specialist / Personal Trainer to lead and grow our fitness and wellness programming for older adults.
This role is ideal for a certified professional who is passionate about working with the mature population, building meaningful relationships, and promoting safe, evidence-based fitness practices.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct fitness consultations and standardized assessments
Design, monitor, and modify individualized training programs
Promote and lead the Signature S3 Balance & Fall Reduction program
Provide group fitness and wellness education sessions
Serve as a subject matter expert on health and wellness topics
Build relationships to grow participation in personal training services
Ensure safe, ethical programming within certified scope of practice
Collaborate across departments to promote movement and active lifestyles
What We’re Looking For:
Nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification required
CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
Minimum 5 years of personal training experience
Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
Strong communication, motivation, and relationship-building skills
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and resident confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
