Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Support subcontractor and agent onboarding requests from across deugro group Support in conducting sanctions screening on all relevant party names and addresses. React to relevant tickets raised across deugro group for sanctions and/or watchlist matches found on CargoWise One. Review and screen relevant parties and addresses found in due diligence questionnaires. Advise colleagues in all deugro group offices how to manage and conduct the necessary due diligence required for their operational subcontractors and agents. Support the assignments of trainings to high risk subcontractors and agents, and ensure prompt reminders to business partners who are yet to complete them. Support continuous improvement of the Subcontractor Management Process across deugro group. Conduct periodic reviews and/or audits of due diligence questionnaires to identify areas of improvement. Ensure KPI’s are recorded and periodic reviews of all compliance policies and procedures to identify and close any gaps. Support the development of the Client Due Diligence process. Ensure record keeping is managed during the onboarding process on Evotix platform. Generally, assist with ad hoc requests and questions from the business as needed Expectations for the first year: Become a deugro group Subcontractor Management specialist. Know the process better than anyone. Support the roll-out of standard compliance trainings to high-risk subcontractor and agents. Support the development and implementation of the Subcontractor Management process. Manage effective records management processes and ensure that all documents are registered, tracked, and up to date. Assist with audits as required. · Assist with ad-hoc requests and questions from the business as required.
