Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Drive improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of deugro group’s subcontractor management processes. Maintain strong subcontractor relationships, minimizing risks, and ensuring efficient organizational compliance. Collaborate closely with operational branches and your team to ensure that the onboarding and renewal of subcontractors and agents are carried out as efficiently as possible without missing out on any red flags for Compliance Support the team with any queries regarding the evaluation of due diligence questionnaires, carrying out sanctions screening, and keeping accurate records or resolving the tickets on KACE/Axis. Act as a first point of contact with the Quality Health Safety Environment and Security (QHSES) department, to support various initiatives, including questionnaire development, and process improvements Drive the due diligence of subcontractors and agents and ensure that the onboarding and renewal of subcontractors and agents are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies. Lead the Subcontractor Management Team and provide clear direction and guidance to your team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Set performance expectations for your team members and monitor their performance against key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct regular reviews and audits of due diligence questionnaires and compliance procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. Implement Compliance checks, audits, and corrective actions as necessary. Review and monitor the identified red flags escalated by the team in the onboarding process and address any potential risks or compliance concerns. Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and goals. Supervise and support your team in screening sanctions on relevant party names and addresses. Provide guidance on how to react to and resolve any sanctions or watchlist matches found in company systems. Coordinate training assignments for high-risk subcontractors and agents, ensuring that reminders are sent as needed. Ensure that meticulous records are maintained during the onboarding process using appropriate systems and tools. Collaborate with your team to identify areas for process improvement within the Subcontractor Management process and support the training and development of your team members, helping them acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. Verify that records are up to date and easily accessible for reference and audit purposes. Facilitate effective communication between your team, other departments, and subcontractors to address issues and ensure smooth operations. Collaborate within deugro Group to align goals and objectives related to subcontractor management.
