Would you like to keep orders moving across EMEA from our Prague Jirny distribution centre? This 6-month Senior Distribution Operations Specialist role coordinates logistics flow between LEGO Group teams and appointed partners. Based near Prague, you will help build dependable delivery routines!

The EMEA Distribution team connects market teams, sales organisations and logistics partners so deliveries move from creation to arrival with care every day. Your work will keep volume plans, account specifics and seasonal peaks aligned across markets, protecting customer commitments while the team finds better ways to run. Together with colleagues, you will solve time-sensitive constraints and keep the bricks flowing.

This position is a fixed-term opportunity for 6 months, it is placed in our Prague Jirny EMEA distribution centre and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate daily EMEA operations, monitoring delivery creation, routing and fulfilment progress.
  • Resolve escalations with logistics providers, and market operations contacts within agreed timeframes.
  • Plan capacity with partners, reflecting market needs, large account volumes and seasonal changes.
  • Assess delivery requirements and set standard logistics solutions for split shipments or rerouting.
  • Share improvement ideas that reduce extra costs and strengthen partner routines across distribution.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in transport, warehousing, distribution operations or similar logistics work.
  • Comfortable using MS Office plus SAP or another ERP platform.
  • Advanced Czech and English communication for daily coordination, both written and spoken.
  • Able to negotiate, solve issues calmly and work reliably with colleagues.

What would be an advantage:

  • Experience with Power Platform apps or simple workflow automation tools.
  • Familiarity with third-party logistics providers and warehouse planning routines.
