This role sits at the intersection of HR technology, payroll operations, and enterprise systems, supporting a global organization in optimizing and maintaining its Workday ecosystem. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate employee data, seamless payroll execution, and robust integrations across HR, Finance, and external vendors. The position offers exposure to complex global HR structures, compliance-driven environments, and end-to-end Workday configuration and support. You will collaborate closely with HR COEs, Payroll teams, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. The role also involves continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and participation in Workday release cycles.
