This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Engagement Director (Medical Publications) based in Canada.

This is a senior client leadership role within a fast-paced medical communications environment, responsible for shaping and managing high-value strategic relationships across key life sciences accounts. The position blends scientific understanding, commercial ownership, and operational oversight to ensure successful delivery of complex medical publications and communications programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while guiding internal cross-functional teams across scientific, creative, and project management functions. The role carries full accountability for account performance, growth, and client satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and execution excellence. You will oversee multi-stream projects spanning publications, congress activities, advisory boards, and omnichannel medical education initiatives. Operating with high autonomy, you will influence both client strategy and internal delivery standards while ensuring compliance and scientific integrity.
