Job Purpose
The Cardiac Service Analyst – HCA supports ROMTech’s cardiology growth initiatives by engaging providers within HCA facilities, educating clinical stakeholders on ROMTech’s cardiac rehabilitation solutions, and optimizing referral and prescription workflows. This role serves as a key onsite partner to providers and internal teams to ensure adoption, efficiency, and successful patient onboarding aligned with ROMTech’s clinician guided at-home rehab model.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with providers and clinical stakeholders within HCA facilities to encourage consistent use of ROMTech cardiac rehabilitation solutions.

Deliver targeted education, materials, and demonstrations to ensure provider understanding of the ROMTech rehab pathway and associated patient benefits.

Monitor, evaluate, and improve referral and prescription processes to minimize friction and enhance operational efficiency.

Track provider utilization, performance metrics, and territory trends to identify growth opportunities, high-potential targets, and gaps.

Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Patient Navigation, and Market Access teams to support provider success and timely patient onboarding.

Serve as an onsite liaison between HCA providers and ROMTech to support adoption, alignment, and continuity of service.
Other Functions

Participate in meetings, trainings, and internal initiatives as needed to support business objectives.

Support special projects, pilots, or initiatives related to cardiology services or provider engagement.

Performs other related duties as assigned to support operational and business needs.

Work Experience Requirements
Required:

Experience in a healthcare, clinical, or provider-facing professional role

Experience in medical device sales or medical technology environments

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., health sciences, business, or clinical discipline)
