OSHC Area Manager - Melbourne East region
Job Description
In this role you will lead your portfolio of services to deliver safe, high-quality, and engaging programs, while building strong teams and community connections.
- Lead, coach, and develop Coordinators and Educators to deliver positive outcomes for children and foster a strong, supportive team culture
- Build meaningful relationships with schools, families, and communities, strengthening engagement and service growth
- Ensure services operate smoothly and effectively, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Oversee performance across your region, including workforce planning, financial sustainability, and continuous improvement
- Champion child safety and regulatory excellence, supporting teams to meet all legislative and quality requirements
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum Diploma level relevant qualification, with a Bachelor qualification highly regarded
- Proven leadership experience in Early Childhood, Education, or OSHC, with strong outcomes across quality, people, and performance
- Experience leading across multiple sites, with the ability to think strategically, and drive consistency and improvement at scale
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with teams, families, schools, and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a proactive, hands-on mindset that supports and uplifts others
