This senior-level Total Rewards leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing global compensation strategies that attract, retain, and engage top talent across a highly specialized, mission-driven organization. The Director will act as a key subject matter expert, overseeing compensation philosophy, job architecture, pay equity, and annual compensation planning cycles across the U.S. and international markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring internal fairness, external competitiveness, and regulatory compliance while enabling business growth and talent strategy. Working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and senior business leaders, the position drives impactful initiatives such as pay transparency, equity programs, and reward frameworks. It is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong analytical capability and the ability to translate data into actionable compensation decisions.
