Vietnam Agency Partner Manager - Scaled Growth

Job Description

About the Team The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.

Responsibilities: Agency Relationship Management & Business Development

  • Establish and manage relationships with advertising agencies, including independent agencies
  • Drive deals to closure; Retain and grow revenue from agencies
  • Provide agencies with the highest level of sales and customer service
  • Focus on Training, Onboarding, Activation of agency teams to unlock growth, uncover briefs; skews auctions
  • Work with Creative and Influencer/MCN agencies to establish areas of agency-collaboration that improves overall outcomes for TikTok
  • Collaborate with internal teams and globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales. Product Management
  • Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok's products to deliver measurable results for clients
  • Serve as an external product consultant on properties that are owned and operated by TikTok
  • Analyze data and glean insights to execute the agency strategy and TikTok’s marketing solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ad-tech sales or agency media planner or strategy roles
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms, the ad-tech ecosystem and ad measurement metrics for branding and performance
  • Candidates with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets will be prioritised
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Chinese clients in a business setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
  • Ability to be goal-oriented, take initiative, work independently within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in analyzing data and delivering impactful insights
  • Has strong experience in both branding and performance, marketplace; strong experience working with multinational companies or F&B, FMCG and Finance industry
  • Flexible to join business trips as it happens quite frequently.
  • Having a wide network with big clients and agencies, both branding and performance will be a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams; Comfortable with business travel domestically and internationally
