You will work closely with leaders, project teams, and key partners to enable informed decision-making, drive portfolio alignment, and ensure strong planning, reporting, and execution across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Please expect a delay in this recruitment process due to summer vacation.

Core Responsibilities

In this new position, you will drive governance and reporting for a defined part of the global WS&O project portfolio, delivering high-quality weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on portfolio progress, risks, capacity, and financial performance. More specifically, you will:

  • Drive project portfolio planning, prioritization, and follow-up across all WS&O-operated sites, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, funding boundaries, and delivery capacity.

  • Work closely with leadership team members, internal stakeholders, business partners, and external suppliers, supporting annual planning processes and ongoing financial and performance reporting.

  • Act as a key point of contact within WS&O, driving staffing alignment, planning, and execution of greenfield and larger brownfield projects together with program leads within the assigned geographical area. Through this engagement, you will build strong relationships to ensure transparency, alignment, and reliable portfolio information.

  • Support the implementation of the WS&O strategy by contributing to portfolio structures, governance routines, and reporting processes within the agreed strategic scope.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to ensure consistent standards, reporting practices, and ways of working across operations and engineering areas.

  • Contribute to the development of portfolio management practices by identifying improvement opportunities, sharing best practices, and supporting increased maturity across the broader PMO organisation.
