You will focus on sourcing and engaging top-tier healthcare professionals, particularly Nurse Practitioners and Physicians, while ensuring alignment with licensure, compliance, and credentialing requirements. Acting as a trusted partner to hiring stakeholders, you will help define recruiting needs, build effective pipelines, and support strategic workforce planning. This position is highly autonomous and hands-on, requiring strong sourcing expertise and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches. You will play a key role in shaping access to care by ensuring the right clinical talent is hired efficiently and effectively. The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, and deeply focused on improving healthcare delivery through innovation.
