What you´ll do The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising, developing, and accountability of the maintenance hourly staff in a way that promotes the safety and reliability of the plant’s personnel, manufacturing systems, and utilities. Primary responsibilities include ensuring compliance to local and international standards. Lead, coach develop plant team and talent management for the shopfloor. Participate in daily meetings (ADOR/MDOR/PDOR); drive positive communication, give clear direction, and execute facility priorities. Drive overall plant health through Preventive Maintenance (PM) compliance. Prioritize equipment repairs in order of impact to regulatory, safety, and production. Establish and maintain a work center safety program IAW Henkel and OSHA standards. Evaluate the quality of maintenance, training, and personnel qualifications, track training requirements and ensure training documentation is complete and accurate. Conduct On-the-Job training (OJT)/certifying as required. Drive continuous improvement in Maintenance KPIs .
