About this Position The Associate Account Manager is the person that builds and cultivates relationships and opportunities within a selected area and industries like Wind energy or other Henkel Core segments. The Associate Account Manager should understand customers’ processes or design, have the ability to build Henkel's entire value chain to his customers group. The KA is not just limited to dealing with distributor’s daily affairs, But should find new opportunities and close projects with team. What you´ll do Leverage SU Initiatives and full Henkel portfolio at responsible accounts. Work closely with accounts and find potential. Build key accounts value chain by innovation. Prospect and manage account potential and projects, documenting all project activities in ACE. Maintain a healthy ISR and ACE / project pipeline. Copy and extend focus applications to industries and area customers. Office administration work, internal meetings, trainings.
